Investment Objective
The investment objective of the scheme is to provide long-term capital appreciation from a portfolio investing predominantly in Indian equity and equity-related instruments across market capitalization. However, there is no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be realized.
Asset Allocation
The investment policies of the Scheme shall be as per SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996, and within the following guidelines. Under normal market circumstances, the investment range would be as follows:

*Equity Related Instruments include convertible debentures, convertible preference shares, warrants carrying the right to obtain equity shares, equity derivatives and such other instruments as may be specified by the Board from time to time.
Investment Strategies
The Schemes will predominantly invest a minimum of 65% dynamically into Indian equity and equity-related instruments across market capitalization. This is namely, large cap (a 1-100th company in terms of full market capitalization), mid-cap companies (101st -250th company in terms of full market capitalization) and small cap (251st company onwards in terms of full market capitalization) as defined under SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IM/DF3/CIR/P/2017/114 dated October 6, 2017, and as may be amended by SEBI from time to time. From time to time, the fund manager may also participate in debt and debt-related securities up to 35% of its total assets for optimal portfolio construction.

The performance of this Scheme is benchmarked against the S&P BSE 500 TRI. S&P BSE 500 TRI is a broad-based index and its composition broadly represents the Scheme’s investment universe.
Fund Manager
Mr Vrijesh Kasera is managing the fund since 03-Feb-2023 ie since inception. Mr. Kasera is a MBA (Finance), CFA (ICFAI).
Prior to joining Mirae Asset Mutual Fund, he was associated with Axis Capital Ltd. as an Equity Research Analyst. He has also been associated with Edelweiss Broking Ltd. Other Funds managed by Mr Vrijesh Kasera include Mirae Asset Health Care Fund, Mirae Asset Equity Savings Fund and Mirae Asset Hybrid Equity Fund.
